Thank you for your interest in data collected as part of the PREDICT-HD study. Information on current available datasets is available at the following websites:
- PREDICT-HD phenotypic and imaging analysis results via the database of Genotypes and Phenotypes (dbGaP) (available under authorized access)
- PREDICT-HD genome-wide association study (GWAS) results via dbGaP (available under authorized access)
- PREDICT-HD biospecimens including plasma, whole blood and urine, as well as clinical data via National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) Repository (available upon approved request)
Study staff is currently engaged in curation for eventual sharing of phenotypic, genotypic, metabolomic, proteomic and imaging data. This includes full anonymization and defacing of raw images, and mapping all variables to common data elements. This final study-wide data set will be made available to dbGaP in summer of 2016.
Currently, we are not able to fulfill requests to prepare and share datasets beyond what are already available via dbGaP and the NINDS Repository.
